Consisting of some of the finest jazz musicians in the country, the Louie Brass Ensembles perform a wide range of brass-focused music, from traditional jazz through to pop and hip hop.  Bespoke set lists for all ensembles are available, and all line ups are flexible and changeable to your needs. The Louie Jazz Band

If you are looking for the cool, hip sounds of a New York jazz club, this is the band for you. Perfect for drinks receptions, background and dinner jazz, this group will not disappoint. Their weekly residency at Louie on a Tuesday night brings a touch of class to The Alligator Bar, and has become a popular hangout for the jazz fans of London.  This ensemble plays music from the great American songbook, celebrating artists such as Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra and many more.

Traditional New Orleans Jazz Band

For an authentic New Orleans sound look no further than the Louie Traditional New Orleans Jazz Band.  The lively beat and singing horns invoke the sounds of the Crescent City of New Orleans.

Their vast repertoire, including classics like “Oh When the Saints”, “Down by the Riverside” and many more will have you dancing the night away and will put a spring in your step all the way home

New Orleans Street Brass Band

The groovy beats of the New Orleans Brass Band is a sound to behold. Steeped in the tradition of the city, this band is popular with the “kids”. Taking the thumping bass lines and catchy horn section riffs, the New Orleans brass band creates a unique and uplifting sound. Combining the old with the new, this group is perfect for any party or gathering. 

A wide variety of pop/rock/hip hop and dance classics can be tailored to your specifications. A repertoire list is available on request. Bringing the modern sounds of the streets of New Orleans to your event will make it a truly unique experience for all

Louie Latin Fire Band

Louie’s Latin Fire Band celebrates the rich culture born out of Spanish Harlem, New York. Combining the flamboyant musical devices of the Latin American folk community with the contemporary, explorative idiom of jazz. 

This fusion of genres created a unique sound with flavours of the exotic intertwined with the urban cacophony of New York City. Adopted by the greats of the day, Latin Jazz became a staple on the stages of the jazz clubs, injecting a new energy into genre. 

This high energy ensemble plays a variety of fused styles including the sounds of a Cuban Salsa bar, to the cacophony of the Brazilian Carnival. This group is a great injection of energy for any party or gathering.

Louie Jazz Christmas Quintet

Perfect for any Christmas party, the Louie jazz band performs timeless Christmas classics for those heart warming Christmas gatherings. From the traditional festive songs, to the more modern Christmas classics, this band will add a touch of nostalgia and a whole lot of Christmas cheer to your event.
